Services include one-on-one personal training and mixed group sessions in fully equipped gyms. Whether it be indoors or outdoors, cardio or strength, boxing or circuit, endurance or fitness testing…The Fitness Hubs offers something for everyone, no matter what their age and fitness level.

It’s all about keeping active and looking after yourself at the Fitness Hub with a strong emphasis on reaching your fitness goals. With a flare for working with all sorts of people, it is important for Tegan to help her clients become a healthier and happier version of themselves. With several years of experience in the fitness industry, Tegan is highly trained to help you realise your body and health goal.
With the wind in her hair and the sand on her feet, Tegan makes the beautiful seaside towns of Robe and Kingston her gym. Using the towns natural courses she works her clients hard to help them reach the next level in their fitness. There is variety in every workout – whether it be boot-camp at the beach, a run around the town, weights in her gym or boxing on the foreshore.

Hey, I’m Mitch one of the newest additions to the Fitness Hub and have lived in Kingston for my entire life.
I have a very big passion for Health and Fitness which all started when I came to the gym and started to realise how much exercise can change a person’s perspective of themselves both mentally and physically. My favourite thing in the gym is to smash people on leg day!!

Hey, my name is Ash and I’m a trainer at The Fitness Hub. I live in Kingston and I’m a mum of 3.
I started a ‘get fit’ journey in 2011 after I had my first baby. And over the years I have lost a total 30+ kilograms. In 2020 that I decided that I wanted to learn more and become a trainer myself. So I completed my Cert IV in Fitness and started working a day or 2 at the Fitness Hub in Kingston.
My favourite exercises are glute bridge and leg press with the occasional AMRAP thrown in. I’m very approachable and would love to help anyone start their fitness journey or push themselves to their highest goals.
