Founded and managed by personal trainer Tegan Allwright. The Fitness Hubs is a health and fitness business that is tailored to the individual client. 

Services include one-on-one personal training and mixed group sessions in fully equipped gyms. Whether it be indoors or outdoors, cardio or strength, boxing or circuit, endurance or fitness testing…The Fitness Hubs offers something for everyone, no matter what their age and fitness level.

Tegan Allwright

Get ready to realise those fitness dreams with the Fitness Hub’s Tegan Allwright!!
It’s all about keeping active and looking after yourself at the Fitness Hub with a strong emphasis on reaching your fitness goals. With a flare for working with all sorts of people, it is important for Tegan to help her clients become a healthier and happier version of themselves. With several years of experience in the fitness industry, Tegan is highly trained to help you realise your body and health goal.

With the wind in her hair and the sand on her feet, Tegan makes the beautiful seaside towns of Robe and Kingston her gym. Using the towns natural courses she works her clients hard to help them reach the next level in their fitness. There is variety in every workout – whether it be boot-camp at the beach, a run around the town, weights in her gym or boxing on the foreshore.

Taylor Ryan

Hi, I’m Taylor Ryan and I am very passionate about fitness. I Have recently just finished year 12 at Lucindale area school along with my Cert 3 in Fitness with Fitcollege. I have always loved playing sport and helping people so when Tegan offered me the traineeship at the Fitness Hubs, I was most excited to get qualified and be helping people even more after I finished school

I personally love weight-based training and some cardio exercises but mostly I love learning new things that I can then encouraging clients to do their very best in as well. I am an enthusiastic, down to earth and all-round fun country girl, who prides herself in helping clients of all ages achieve their full potential and reach their goals.

Michael Ringshaw

Mick has been a local guy in Kingston for 10 years and is one of our trainers who specializes in strength and building muscle mass. With a big family background and raising 5 sons, Mick knows all too well the development of the male body and what its capable of becoming. Mick originally moved from Adelaide where his background in Law Enforcement, Defensive Tactics and Martial Arts have followed him to our seaside town. Mick brings all this knowledge and experience to our gyms with his super nice gentle approach and consistent training, Mick is excited to help others become their best and strongest version of themselves. He believes both women and men can benefit from this kind of training and is excited to work with anyone looking to go down this avenue.

Currently achieving his Master Trainers with the AIF, Mick has undertaken training in Outdoor Recreation. He loves the outdoors, helping people get their best quality of life and has experience running caving, rock climbing and high ropes activities.

Faith Wintrup

Hi my name is Faith, I am excited to be apart of The Fitness Hubs team! I am a mum of two beautiful children, I love family, friends being active in any way and trying new things. Over the past couple years I have decided it’s time to take my health and fitness interests, to the next level. So whilst on maternity level I have completed my master trainers Cert 3 and 4 with AIF.

Through doing my courses I have really recognised that I want to help people become the best versions of themselves. I’d love to gain knowledge of your health and fitness goals and assist you towards success of these. I am new to the industry but can already see there is so much to learn and so many exciting avenues we can go down to get the best quality of life.

Sarah Little

Hi my name is Sarah and i recently moved to Robe in the last couple of years with my two fur babies Tash and Zeke. From retail manager to barista in hospitality, i have always had a strong passion for the gym and how it makes me feel outside of work. I have always been a very dedicated ‘gym’ gal attending Jetts Fitness in Mount Gambier and now the Fitness Hubs in both Robe and Kingston. I have huge passion to help people grow, learn and flourish within themselves through a health and fitness lifestyle.

Health and Fitness has so much more to it than what people think – i personally believe its about moving your body in a way that suits you and your interests and health is all about the way you look, nourish and treat yourself inside and out. I am a young woman growing and developing in a world that is surrounded by social media influences portraying “what you’re meant to look like” and let me tell you it ain’t nothing like that. So let me get to know you and take you on a journey of self love and health and fitness development.
